Rosemary Akpan

Rosemary Akpan is a history PhD student at Marquette University and Commonwealth Scholar. Her research themes of interest cut across social, conflict history, and gender and women's studies in Africa. With her experience in teaching, publications outputs and NGO advocacy, Rosemary is passionate about research and the importance of advocating for accessible history education.Through these roles, Rosemary has had the opportunity to learn the best ways to promote sustainable development.
